Oswego sits along the Fox River and has been one of the fastest growing communities in the western suburbs for two decades. Like Plainfield, most of that growth is newer subdivisions on larger lots, which changes what a home actually needs.
Why Oswego is different
Bigger lots mean more exterior. More driveway, more patio, more siding, more walkway, all of it collecting algae and organic staining through Illinois winters and wet springs. Being near the Fox River does not help, since humidity feeds exactly the green growth we are removing. Every person on the team is bonded, insured, and background-screened, and we hire locally. Since 2021 we have partnered with Cleaning for a Reason, cleaning two homes a month, free, for cancer patients in DuPage and Will County.
