Wheaton is the DuPage County seat and one of the older established towns we serve. A lot of the housing near downtown and along the Union Pacific West line predates central air, which means duct systems that were retrofitted decades ago and often never cleaned since.

Julie and Darryl Betler started Keep It Clean in September 2017 after leaving corporate jobs that were eating the part of the week that mattered. Nine years later it is still family-owned and Chicago-land based.
Every person on the team is bonded, insured, and background-screened, and we hire locally. Since 2021 we have partnered with Cleaning for a Reason, cleaning two homes a month, free, for cancer patients in DuPage and Will County.

Generally yes. Retrofitted duct systems in pre-1970 homes are usually longer and more complex than the runs in a new build, and they have had more decades to collect debris. We also see more homes here on their second or third furnace, where construction dust from the swap never got cleared out. Every three to five years is the usual guidance, sooner if nobody has ever done it.
